At Kashi Fight Gear, we take pride in manufacturing and exporting high-quality Boxing, MMA, and Martial Arts equipment. Your satisfaction is important to us. This Refund and Returns Policy explains when and how you may return products or request a refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The item was purchased directly from kashifightgear.com or through our official representatives.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The product is returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
- A return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned or refunded, including:
- Customized or personalized products (e.g., with custom logos, colors, or designs).
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Used, damaged, or altered products (unless received in damaged condition).
- Protective gear such as mouth guards, groin guards, and sauna suits (for hygiene reasons).
Return Process
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@kashifightgear.com or use our Contact Page to request a return authorization.
- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Once approved, carefully pack the product in its original packaging and ship it back to the address provided by our team.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or wrongly shipped products.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size. If you need an exchange, please contact us at info@kashifightgear.com to arrange it.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately (within 7 days of delivery). We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
